I won’t be able to make it to the game and was hoping to at least sell my 2 tickets to put towards beer money for the game in Columbus next week

I'm totally speculating, but I would guess its related to SeatGeek's processing charge. They probably have some minimum price floor for their fee and since its percentage based, they won't let you set your ticket price below that.
